Our organization utilizes PolicyStat for both policies and procedures. Our hospital nursing services area is on the journey toward integration of policies and procedures across our 9 hospitals (mixed TJC and CAH hospitals with one DNV). Has anyone developed a successful method to limit the number of approval workflows that can be generated from this type of work? I would be grateful to hear your ideas. (We attempt to limit approvers to regulatory needs and use stakeholder processes for others.)
